Rollover Right
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Rollover Right (“Rollover Right,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Murray Miller, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through rolloverright.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, submitting documents, booking a consultation, or providing your contact information, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
Rollover Right provides retirement income and rollover planning guidance. Murray Miller is the sole advisor and the party responsible for information collected through the Site. You can reach us at murray@rolloverright.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and any financial documents, statements, or notes you submit through our secure document upload page. When you book a consultation, we collect the scheduling information you provide through our appointment scheduling tool.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels from third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. These pixels help us understand how our ads perform and reach people who may be interested in our services.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide retirement and rollover planning services; to review documents you submit and prepare guidance; to schedule and conduct consultations; to contact you by email, phone, or text message about your inquiry, appointments, and our services; to measure and improve our advertising and the performance of the Site; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to financial services.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, and follow-up about our services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate: with service providers that host our Site, store our files, schedule appointments, deliver email and text messages, and provide analytics and advertising services, each of which may process your information on our behalf. We may also share information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, and in connection with a transfer of the business.
Your financial documents submitted through the upload page are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage account visible only to Murray Miller and are not shared with third parties except the storage provider that hosts them.
Advertising and analytics
We use Meta and TikTok advertising pixels and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. These third parties may use cookies and device identifiers to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on their platforms and elsewhere. You can control ad personalization through your account settings on those platforms and through your browser and device settings. You can also opt out of many interest-based ads through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function, to remember your preferences, and to support analytics and advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted transmission of documents you upload. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Financial services recordkeeping rules may require us to retain certain records for a period of years.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing murray@rolloverright.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or other state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date, and the revised policy is effective when posted.
